I have a question about the Friday lunch - it'll be a stand-up snack bar thing, right? I'm asking because it says the next tour is at 1245 and you have to get there early, which doesn't leave a heap of time. I'd sure like to do both tours!

Right. Better yet, it is within earshot of the ticket office of the next tour. Plus, it is quite possible that we will get to the area earlier. We should be fine.

Having just had yet another Heidelberg burger with a bun that falls apart the second you pick it up (so THAT'S why they always use fork and knife...), I'm super excited for the burger restaurant!! :)

As a matter of fact the owners of The Bird make a running gag about that on the menu. With the admonition that the Germs should at least TRY to eat the burger with their hands.

Hey- that's the 1pm Underworld tour right? Can't we just buy the tickets beforehand? The flyer says to get there quite early, as there is a line and a number limit.

Just wanted to throw out that the Gauklerfest with all sorts of street performers is also going on the weekend that WEBMU is happening. Might be something nice for those with kids to check out on Saturday during the break. I've heard very good things about it :)

The Gauklerfest is always a welcome thing on our schedule as well. Kids are quite welcome and seem to enjoy the many diversions of the street performers. But don't get the idea that it is not a grown up event as well. Lots of adult beverages are served alongside some excellent food and music.

I am going to suggest this to the folks. The tour company just wouldn't let me reserve the spots without monetary outlay... and while I like ya'all. ;)
So feel free to get some tickets for yourselves and I will put out a "hey if you're coming, go here to get your tickets" very soon.

I could swear that Tiffany had asked a question here about kids on the Unterwelten tour (I can't find it now).
After seeing the question and (like Tiffany) not finding any information on the website about kids, I wrote them.
Below is the one sentence answer I received.
"Unsere Touren sind für Kinder unter 7 Jahren nicht geeignet."
